Dispatches from Barcelona

The picture above is a peek into the makeshift studio I have set up in my flat in Barcelona. I currently live in the El Born neighborhood and am in the middle of everything. It often gets loud and raucous around here but I don’t mind. The recording I am doing now is more for pre-production purposes. When I begin the process of laying down the final tracks, I may become a little more grumpy with the noise levels on the streets below.

And that’s where we are. It’s time to start recording some music and get these songs out in the world. I am so glad to be doing this with your help.

Your investment over on the Patreon has been stellar. Most of the equipment shown in the photo above was carefully packed into a suitcase and brought over on the flight. There were a lot of little things that I had to leave behind, however, with your patronage, I was able to hit up a local music shop and acquire the cables, knick-knacks, and extras needed to make this little home studio functional. And it is all working wonderfully. I hope to share much more of the recording process with you all soon.

As always, keep it tuned here for the latest and greatest. Actually, for the LATEST and GREATEST, take your lovely self over to the Patreon page and sign up. You will be way ahead of everything else and IN THE KNOW. Your support means everything and your investment is pure gold.

Until later, later.
